MY JOURNEY
Overcoming Challenges and Achieving Success
Growing up, I traveled frequently due to my dad's marketing job. While my friends thought it was cool that I got to live in many places, it had its challenges. I constantly had to make new friends and adapt to different schools, always playing catch-up. Moving countries every few years meant coping with continuous change.
The Challenge of Constant Change
Frequent relocations had a profound impact on my early years. While the exposure to diverse cultures and educational systems was invaluable, it also meant instability. Each move required me to start over—understanding new curricula, making new friends, and trying to fit in.
There were times when I felt like an outsider, struggling to find a sense of belonging. The inconsistency in my academic journey also made it difficult to build a strong foundation, often leaving me feeling like I was lagging behind my peers.
The Turning Point: 10th Grade
The turning point came in 10th grade when my self-esteem was at an all-time low. The pressure of constantly adapting and the fear of failure made me doubt my abilities. I realized I could no longer let circumstances define me. Instead of succumbing to anxiety and self-doubt, I decided to take control.
I made a conscious effort to stop doubting myself. I dedicated myself fully to my studies, working extremely hard. Rather than focusing on what I lacked, I concentrated on what I could do to improve. I embraced discipline, consistency, and a growth mindset. The transformation was gradual but powerful.
The College Transformation:
In college, my newfound approach bore fruit. I transformed from an average performer to winning the ‘All-Rounder Award,’ an honor given to one student every four years. This achievement was a defining moment in my life. It validated my belief that hard work leads to recognition and boosted my confidence tremendously.
Winning this award wasn’t just about academics; it encompassed leadership, extracurricular activities, and contributions to the student community. I took on leadership roles, participated in debates, and organized events. Every opportunity was a stepping stone to further growth. I realized that success wasn’t just about intelligence—it was about resilience, determination, and taking proactive steps towards improvement.

The Power of Hard Work and Self-Belief
This experience changed my life and became my mantra: the harder I worked, the more I achieved. I understood that talent alone doesn’t guarantee success—persistence and dedication are equally, if not more, important. I carried this lesson with me into my professional life.
Today, I am certified in over 35 leadership training programs, including the 7 Habits of Highly Effective People program. I completed my HR Management program from Cornell University. I have worked in Europe, India, and the USA with global companies for over 12 years, gaining extensive experience in leadership and communication training. I have managed teams of over 15 members and led global HR projects.
Applying My Experience to Help Others
Now, I leverage this expertise to help employees, managers, and organizations enhance their careers and achieve their full potential. Through my training programs, I focus on leadership development, communication enhancement, and personal growth.
The journey from self-doubt to self-confidence has been incredibly fulfilling. My experiences have shaped my approach to training and mentoring. I understand the struggles of overcoming insecurities, adapting to change, and striving for excellence. This is why I am passionate about helping others navigate similar challenges.

My future vision
After working with some of the biggest corporations in the world for over 12 years of my career, getting married and having two lovely kids, I decided to change gears. The pandemic has forced me to reflect on my goals and I realized wanted to make a difference, so HLS was born. After seeing so many people lose their jobs, and suffer from the lose of loved ones, I wanted to give back.
I aim to work with non-profit organizations and people who don't have access to training or learning opportunities within these organizations, along with working with companies and startups to help individuals find the right programs to develop their leadership and communication skills ultimately excel in their career.
I feel blessed that I found my passion and it led me to opportunities to explore my career and grow. It was a wake-up call. I hope you find that my training not only teaches you something from but hopefully makes a big impact in your life and transforms the way you see things. Even though it is a online training business I started on a part time basis. I strive to reach as many people as possible and help them improve their careers and gain great success.
I realized that many managers were promoted into leadership roles without proper guidance, leading to stress, miscommunication, and inefficiency. Witnessing this gap, I decided to create a solution—one that not only teaches leadership but also cultivates confidence, strategic thinking, and resilience. This realization led to the birth of Hanz Learning Solution, where I combine my corporate experience with my passion for coaching to develop customized training programs that address the real challenges faced by today’s professionals.
